AIO Truth

Privacy.

AIO Truth is a static, informational site. We collect as little as possible, and we are plain about what little there is.

The short version.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell data. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to email us. That is the whole of it. The detail below explains it more fully.

What we collect.

  • Nothing you do not give us. Browsing the site does not require you to identify yourself.
  • Email you send us. If you write to editor@aiotruth.com, for example to submit a citation, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to read, reply, and assess the citation.
  • Basic server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build profiles of visitors.

What we do not do.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.
  • We do not require cookies to read the site. If any cookie is used, it is for basic functionality, not for cross-site tracking.
  • We do not publish your email address. If a citation you send is logged, only the public source link and its usage are recorded, never your personal details.

How we use email you send.

When you email us a citation or a correction, we read it, may reply, and may verify the public source you point to. If the source qualifies, we add a record of that public source to the site. We do not add your name or address to the record. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for maintaining the site.

Third parties.

The site is served by a hosting provider and loads web fonts from a font provider. These services may process standard technical request data as part of delivering the page. We do not control their practices, and we keep the number of third parties to the minimum needed to run the site.

Your choices.

Because we hold so little, your main control is simple: do not email us anything you would prefer we did not have. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, write to editor@aiotruth.com and we will do so where we are able.

Changes.

If we change these practices, we will update this page. Because the site is a living record, treat the version you are reading as current.
